Inspired by Dante Alighieri's Inferno, the first part of The Divine Comedy, the Nine Circles collection follows the poet's descent through the underworld, where sins are given form and every transgression finds its reflection in eternity. From the sorrowful plains of Limbo to the frozen depths of Treachery, each fragrance explores a different circle of Hell and the human failings that lead souls ever deeper into darkness.
Yet this is not merely a collection about punishment.
It is a collection about humanity.
For Dante's Inferno is populated not by monsters, but by people. Lovers swept away by passion. Misers consumed by greed. Kings, priests, thieves, prophets, murderers, and traitors. Men and women whose virtues and flaws became inseparable from their fates.
The journey begins in Limbo, a place of wistful longing and unattainable paradise. From there descend the circles of Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, and Heresy, where desire, excess, obsession, fury, and forbidden beliefs shape the landscape itself. Beyond them lies Violence, divided into its own terrible rings, before the traveller reaches Fraud, whose ten bolgias teem with deceivers, hypocrites, thieves, false prophets, and manipulators of truth. Finally comes Treachery, the frozen heart of the Inferno, where betrayal receives its ultimate reward.
