Seventh Circle - Violence 5ml - Patchouli, toffee, clove, fir needle and heartwood.
The Wound and the Weapon
Beyond the burning tombs of Heresy lies a place of blood, fire, and ruin.
The Seventh Circle is reserved for the violent: those who raised their hands against others, against themselves, or against the natural order of the world. Here the consequences of force are laid bare. Rivers of blood, twisted forests, and scorched deserts stand as eternal reminders of harm inflicted and harm endured.
Violence, Dante suggests, is not merely an action.
It is a fracture.
A breaking of bonds that once held the world together.
Seventh Circle – Violence explores that moment of rupture—the instant when restraint gives way to destruction and something can never be made whole again.
Patchouli forms the dark heart of the fragrance. Deep, earthy, and uncompromising, it evokes churned soil, ancient battlefields, and the lingering aftermath of conflict. There is a primal quality to it, a reminder that violence is among humanity's oldest impulses.
Fir needle cuts through the darkness with a sharp, resinous edge. It recalls splintered forests, broken branches, and wilderness scarred by catastrophe. Fresh yet severe, it lends the fragrance a sense of tension that never fully relaxes.
Heartwood forms the structural core of the composition. Strong, enduring, and slow to grow, it represents the things violence damages most profoundly: trust, community, and the foundations upon which lives are built. Its presence speaks not only of destruction, but of what has been lost.
Clove emerges with a dry, burning warmth. Spiced and penetrating, it evokes the heat of anger, the surge of adrenaline, and the moment when thought gives way to action. It carries an unmistakable sense of danger, as though something smoulders just beneath the surface.
Then comes the toffee.
Dark, rich, and deeply caramelised, it introduces a surprising bitterness to the composition. Its burnt edges suggest not comfort, but consequence. Like old scars, it carries the memory of fire long after the flames have faded. The sweetness remains, but it has been altered—transformed by heat into something darker, more complex, and impossible to separate from what came before.
Together, the notes create a fragrance that is powerful, sombre, and unexpectedly reflective. This is not the scent of violence itself, but of its aftermath. The silence after the shouting. The smoke after the fire. The recognition that some actions cannot be undone.
Seventh Circle – Violence is a fragrance of rupture, consequence, and irreversible change. It explores the damage left behind when force triumphs over compassion and reminds us that every wound leaves a mark, whether visible or unseen.
Because violence is rarely remembered for the moment it occurs.
It is remembered for what remains afterwards.
